  • Eligibility: Renters must be 18+ and authorized to enter binding contracts for their organization.
  • Rental Period: Begins on delivery and ends on the agreed return date. Extensions require prior approval.
  • Pricing and Payment: Fees are outlined in your quote or agreement. Payment is due upon receipt unless specified. Late payments may incur fees.
  • Equipment Use: Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose by qualified personnel (trained operators). Misuse may result in charges or agreement termination.

2. Load Testing Services

  • Scope: Includes setup, operation, and reporting by certified technicians, tailored to your needs.
  • Safety: Clients must provide a safe work environment and comply with regulations. We adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and industry standards.
  • Deliverables: Test results and PDF reports delivered within 5 business days post-testing.

3. Responsibilities

  • Client Responsibilities: Provide site access, necessary utilities (e.g., power, water), and return equipment in good condition (normal wear excepted).
  • Ampere Development Responsibilities: Deliver functional equipment, provide technical support, and perform agreed services.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • Damage or Loss: Clients are liable for equipment damage or loss due to negligence. Optional insurance is available (contact support@ampere.dev).
  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) unless required by law.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice before the rental start date to avoid fees. Refunds are processed within 14 days for eligible cancellations.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or region where the incident or service location occurs. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state or region where the incident or service location occurs.

Our policies ensure reliable service for load bank and Starline tapbox rentals and load testing:

1. Equipment Maintenance

All load banks and Starline tapboxes are inspected, tested, and maintained to manufacturer standards before delivery. Report issues to support@ampere.dev for prompt resolution.

2. Delivery and Pickup

Schedules are coordinated in advance. Expedited or non-standard delivery may incur fees. Clients must ensure site accessibility for delivery vehicles and equipment.

3. Support and Assistance

Technical support is available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. On-site support for load testing is included; additional support may incur fees.

4. Environmental Responsibility

We minimize environmental impact through energy-efficient load banks and recycling of packaging materials. Clients are encouraged to use equipment sustainably.
