2. Load Testing Services

  • Scope: Services include setup, operation, and reporting by our certified technicians, tailored to your specifications.
  • Safety: Clients must provide a safe working environment and comply with all applicable regulations. Ampere Development adheres to OSHA and industry safety standards.
  • Deliverables: Test results and reports are provided in PDF format within 5 business days after testing.

3. Responsibilities

  • Client Responsibilities: Ensure proper site access, provide necessary utilities (e.g., power or water), and return equipment in good condition (normal wear and tear excepted).
  • Ampere Development Responsibilities: Deliver equipment in working order, provide technical support, and perform services as agreed.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • Damage or Loss: Clients are responsible for equipment damage or loss due to negligence or improper use. Ampere Development provides optional insurance coverage (contact us for details).
  • Limitation of Liability: Ampere Development is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, arising from equipment use or service performance, except as required by law.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the rental start date to avoid fees. Refunds are processed within 14 days for eligible cancellations.

3. Support and Assistance

Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, for technical support and troubleshooting. On-site support for load testing services is included; additional support may incur fees.

4. Environmental Responsibility

We strive to minimize our environmental impact by using energy-efficient equipment and recycling materials where possible. Clients are encouraged to follow best practices for sustainable equipment use.
